The Multinational Operations Analyst role at IRIS Software Group is an exciting opportunity to provide operational support across our international teams. Working from home 3 days a week and in the office 2 days, this position requires strong organizational and process-oriented skills, as well as attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.

About the Role
  • Manage and maintain employee data in HR software and client systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective workflows, leveraging your expertise in HR software and CRM.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through timely and accurate reporting, showcasing your ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding new clients to the IRIS portal, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and manage user maintenance and CRM administration processes, highlighting your ability to streamline complex tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the Team Lead International Shared Service to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of HR or Payroll Administration experience, preferably in a global environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and CRM systems, including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
