HRLife Ltd is seeking a Swedish-speaking HR Generalist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client group and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial advice on HR issues and upskill managers on employment relations matters.
- Develop a first-class employee experience by supporting health and wellbeing, designing learning and development initiatives, and improving processes and policies.
- Lead HR projects, including an HRIS upgrade, and work closely with the wider HR team to shape and create new ways of working.
- Partner with the business to offer advice and guidance to our client group and develop the HR offering.
Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish speaker with previous experience working in a commercial business.
- Able to demonstrate previous HR project experience and familiar with utilising data to inform business decisions.
- Happy to work a hybrid pattern, with 3 days a week in the office.
