HR Generalist Job Description

Fidarsi is partnering with a reputable Wealth Manager in West Sussex to recruit a part-time HR Generalist for 21 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks to support the overall functioning of the HR department and the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Benefits administration and HR policy implementation
  • Communication and negotiation with employees and management
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in running HR processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
Desirable Skills:
  • 1-year minimum recent experience in the human resources sector
  • Qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
  • A basic knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services Industry

The successful candidate will be a confident individual with a systematic and methodical approach to work. They will be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and demonstrate commitment by regular attendance and efficient completion of tasks.
