Key Responsibilities:- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate person-centred care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Provide patient-centred, recovery-focused, holistic care using the APIE process.
- Coordinate and communicate complex care packages via CPA, reports, and documentation, liaising with other agencies as necessary.
- Work within professional boundaries, adhering to professional guidelines and local policy.
- Engage in clinical and management supervision, and participate in the development of clinical and management skills.
- NMC Registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act, NMC Code of Conduct, and other relevant legislative and policy requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess clinical situations and utilize professional judgment.
