The Role
  • Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
  • Lead and manage the school's SEND provision, ensuring all pupils receive appropriate support.
  • Liaise with external agencies, specialists, and parents to create tailored support plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualified teacher status (QTS) and hold the National Award for SEN Coordination or be committed to completing it.
