**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
Maintain accuracy of parts inventory and pick, pack and ship parts to internal and external customers.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

More specifically, the person will:

- Receive incoming goods into inventory, update inventory in the ERP and stock goods in the correct location.
- Work with the customer service team to pick, pack and ship daily customer orders so they’re shipped in a timely manner.
- Pick and prep parts for internal works and make sure they’re assigned to the correct jobs.
- Control inventory in the workshop so inventory remains accurate when parts are used on internal jobs.
- Help manage returned materials and tracking parts warranty claims to help minimize company expense.
- Carry out regular cycle counts on inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
- Pick - Pack - Ship duties to ensure the timely shipments of parts to the customer as needed.

**EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE - COMPUTER SKILLS**:

- Secondary School.
- Forklift license.
- Prior experience working in parts sales and warehouse required.
- Detail orientated for carrying out tasks.
- Previous experience around machinery or automotive is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
