Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Maldron Hotel Derry.

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and respected.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent service standards.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue opportunities, promoting our food and beverage offerings to guests.
Requirements
  • Previous hotel experience, preferably in a 3/4 star hotel property.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Micros experience is desirable.
