Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at City of Derry Airport, Fed & Watered. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our café and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and friendly service to customers, assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring tables, accompaniments, and counters are kept clean and adequately supplied.
  • Comply with all company and legal procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Ensure all goods are displayed correctly and are eye-catching to customers.
  • Handle payments correctly and ensure bar fridges and displays are stocked at the end of each shift.

  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.

  • Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative.
