We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at City of Derry Airport. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, preparing and presenting high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and present food and beverages to high standards, adhering to company guidelines and health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Basic statutory training for the role, including basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
