Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Maldron Hotel Derry. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine, enabling you to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue opportunities, promoting our menu and services to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a 3/4 star hotel property or a high-volume, fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Micros experience is a plus.
