Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex foot pathologies
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in education and mentoring initiatives to support junior staff members

Requirements:
* BSc (Pod) or equivalent qualification
* Current registration with the HCPC and a valid UK driving license
* Proven experience in community care settings
