We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter / Contingent Workforce Lead to join our team at Alvarium Talent. As a key member of our entrepreneurial team, you will be responsible for developing, selling, and delivering our Associate hiring solution across the UK management consultancy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Solution Development: Build an industry-leading Associate hiring solution underpinned by high-quality collateral, contracts, and sourcing, selection, and communications systems and tools.
- Relationship-Based Sales: Sell our Associate hiring solution to new and existing consulting clients, investing in building your network and reputation.
- Talent Delivery: Deliver the very best Associate consulting talent across a client base made up of growing management consultancies.
- Collaboration: Work with peers across the business to support business growth.
- Experience in contract recruitment, with a deep understanding of the UK PSC contractor recruitment market.
- Knowledge of IR35 and its application in a management consultancy.
