As a key member of the Communications Consumer Panel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that consumer interests are represented in communications policy development. Your responsibilities will include chairing the Panel's Stakeholder Hub for Scotland and acting as an observer on Ofcom's National Advisory Committee for Scotland.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the experience of communications services in Scotland's rural and remote communities, and the ability to learn about the telecoms, postal services, and digital sectors.
