Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Step Teachers. As a leading education recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional support and opportunities for our candidates.
Job Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of children's language and communication skills, encouraging positive behaviour and providing pastoral support when required. They will also prepare and set up activities, ensuring resources are available and used appropriately.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A Paediatric First Aid qualification is preferred.
