Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Early Years Education programme at Norwich City College.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and childcare services.

As Course Leader, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing sessions for the T Level in Education and Childcare (Early Years Educator) programme, as well as delivering aspects of our Health and Social Care Level 3 programme.

You will be based at our Paston campus in North Walsham, where you will work closely with colleagues to motivate and inspire students on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and childcare services, with a strong passion for working with young people.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality education and childcare sessions
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff
