We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher to join our team at Wayman Education. As a specialist recruitment agency, we have a strong reputation for providing high-quality education professionals to schools across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a Bachelor's degree in education, and a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent. They will also have experience working in a classroom setting, excellent communication and planning skills, and a passion for children's education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing learning activities for children in accordance with the National Curriculum, establishing and maintaining a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and evaluating each child's progress and adapting the curriculum accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute learning activities for children in accordance with the National Curriculum
  • Establish and maintain a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
  • Evaluate each child's progress and adapt the curriculum accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of each student's development
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff members

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
  • Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum and pedagogy
  • Experience working in a classroom setting
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other education professionals
  • Passion and commitment to children's education
