About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Assistant to join our team at Charles Darwin Primary. As a key member of our early years team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and early learning experiences for our children.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with our team to deliver excellent childcare and early learning experiences.
  • To participate in planning, tracking, and learning outcomes, ensuring that our service meets the needs of children and their families.
  • To communicate effectively with families and children at all times, providing a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Level 3 childcare qualifications.
  • Experience of working in a nursery or pre-school setting.
  • A sound understanding of and ability to plan and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage.
