Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (RGN or RMN) and registration with the NMC.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably within a care home setting.
  • Ability to work alternate weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and empathy when interacting with residents and their families.
