As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will be responsible for following individual care plans, assisting with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and supporting them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. We are looking for someone who is resilient, willing to learn new skills, and committed to delivering exceptional care services.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £12.79 per hour, plus 30p mileage, making us one of the most attractive employers in the industry.
