About the Role
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, resident assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will provide quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, respecting their dignity and preferences while creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
Salary and Benefits
