Your Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating a positive brand experience for our customers, transmitting the passion for the brand, and helping them find what they're looking for with a kind and helpful attitude. You'll also be expected to achieve the store's objectives, maintain a well-organized shop, and stay up-to-date with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values.
  • Sales: Achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIS by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
  • Shop Operations: Work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, and other tasks to ensure the point of sale runs smoothly.
  • Shop Image: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date shop to offer the best possible customer experience.
  • Cultural Fit: Be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English and other languages would be a plus.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
  • Amazing communications skills.
