We're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Partnerships Representative to join our team at Minster. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading specialist distributor of insulation and dry lining materials in Northern Europe. You will have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

  • You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base.
  • You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • You will provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

We offer a competitive salary, including a base salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits that demonstrate our commitment to your well-being and career growth.
