The Chase Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Account Manager to join their team in London & Southern England. As a key player in the pharmaceutical industry, they are dedicated to improving patient lives through innovative treatments.

Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established leader in the pharmaceutical industry, where you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective utilisation of Key Account Management (KAM) behaviours and ways of working. You will implement sales, marketing, and market access strategies to maintain and expand sales by working cross-functionally with market access, marketing, medical, sales managers, and other KAMs.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will report to the Hospital Business Manager and be a member of the UK/I Commercial team. Your core responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain a local Key Account Plan (KAP) that meets the needs of the local Health economy environment while delivering on Vision, Strategy, and Sales objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the Local Health Economy environment as well as an understanding of key national Healthcare drivers and policies.
- Ensure high levels of local intelligence to uncover opportunities.
- Work with the wider commercial organisation utilising all available cross-functional resources to develop and execute specific commercial strategies.
- Ensure the product is successfully listed on the relevant formularies and protocols at the hospital and APC level.

Requirements:
- Previous credible level of hospital sales experience with a good working knowledge of local primary/secondary care approval processes and protocol development.
- Demonstrable Key Account Management ability.
- Highly competent in analytical analysis and business acumen.
- Sound Pharma and NHS knowledge.
