At Integral UK LTD, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Coordinator to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our Reception and Switchboard services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Directing and coordinating facilities-related matters
  • Ensuring high standards of Front of House and office areas
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as parking space management and taxi arrangements

You will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating repair and maintenance of the site and office equipment
  • Monitoring and ensuring office housekeeping and cleanliness
  • Championing company office policies and procedures

We are offering a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including access to training and development opportunities, a supportive and inclusive work environment, and a generous pension scheme.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Business administration knowledge and experience
