Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Brand Department, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our global brand strategies.

You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Brand & Creative, Lead Creative, International Studio, Head of Project Management & Production, and 888 Project Manager to advance our brands worldwide and ensure alignment across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the brand proposition for 888, leveraging customer insight and market analysis.
  • Drive the brand proposition and purpose to ensure internal teams and agency partners understand how it aligns with company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all things 888 brand, overseeing strategy, customer insights, creative, and tone of voice.
  • Update brand guardrails as needed and socialize them across the business to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Work with BI and Research & Insight to define and bring to life target audience segments for the brand and business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create long-term communication plans for each territory, clearly conveying the brand's proposition, purpose, and RTBs to the audience.
  • Partner with People & Talent to create ongoing brand training and inductions, ensuring all evoke colleagues are well-versed in our brand.
  • Work with Research and Insight to understand and monitor key brand metrics and brand measures of success for 888.
