About the Role

We are seeking a talented Strategic Brand Manager to join our team and drive growth for one of our flagship brands, Anchor. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and build brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Work closely with the global team to develop and execute media strategies that drive fame and reach for the Anchor brand.
  • Collaborate with the innovation team to ensure innovations align with brand positioning, target audience needs, and consumer insights.
  • Lead the development and implementation of annual brand plans, including advertising, promotional campaigns, digital, and shopper marketing.
  • Track performance and recommend actions to strengthen the brand at a local level.
  • Build cost-efficient and impactful media strategies/plans effectively reaching the target audience, in cooperation with media agency/Barn team.

Requirements

  • Previous brand management experience within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of successful brand management and results delivery.
  • Ability to provide leadership to key project and cross-functional teams, demonstrating both commercial acumen and effective time and project management.
  • Creative, confident, and outgoing with a true passion for brands and a desire to achieve marketing excellence.
