Contract Manager/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager/Project Manager to join our team at Industrialfacadesltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the contractual aspects of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and protecting the interests of Industrialfacadesltd.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, legal teams, and finance departments, to provide guidance and support throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Contract Performance Management: Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms, and address any deviations or issues that may arise.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proactively implementing measures to protect the company's financial and operational interests.
- Contract Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure collaborative and successful project delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction contracts.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry, demonstrating expertise in managing construction contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, including contract law, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
