QTS Data Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Europe Development Project Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the development of data center projects throughout mainland Europe.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing large-scale data center projects. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-discipline teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location.
  • Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team and supporting specialty consultants to support customer's design needs, pricing, customer approvals, & implementation of specific deployment scopes.
  • Manage the delivery of these projects, aligning clients' objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts across the QTS organization.
  • Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management, with the ultimate goal of delivering the project on time and on budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Industry working experience.
  • Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities.
  • Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers.
  • Ability to Travel throughout mainland Europe on a per project basis coordinating Construction Projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects.
  • Experience with Construction Health & Safety Knowledge.
  • Experience with Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment.
Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
