Job Description

This role is responsible for managing customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within QTS locations in mainland Europe. As a Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate with the Property Development team and supporting consultants to support customer design needs, pricing, customer approvals, and implementation of specific deployment scopes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of projects, aligning clients' objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts across the QTS organization.
  • Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Coordinate construction projects throughout mainland Europe, working closely with various teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Industry working experience.
  • Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities.
  • Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers.
  • Ability to travel throughout mainland Europe on a per project basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects.
  • Experience with Construction Health & Safety Knowledge.
  • Experience with Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment.

We estimate this role to have an annual salary range of €80,000 - €120,000, depending on experience. If you possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
