About the Role

Graphic Packaging International - Europe is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Leader to join their team. As a key member of the IT department, this role will be responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring that prioritization and execution plans are in place for all critical areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects and ensure that prioritization and execution plans are in place for all critical areas
  • Lead high-priority initiatives and support the team in keeping their timelines on track
  • Monitor the evolution of the project through milestones and produce reporting for relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risks
  • Manage stakeholder communication and project documentation
  • Interact with technical teams to understand critical milestones, deliveries, and releases

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager and additional years in other functional roles
  • Strong and proven practical experience in project management, gained through managing large and complex projects
  • Good knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques
  • Experience with managing agile projects and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in project management
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading, managing, and developing people
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage projects in agile and waterfall environments
  • Good knowledge of project budgeting and resource allocation procedures
  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
  • Ability to navigate in a global, large, and complex organization
  • Strong ability to influence without authority
  • Team player - puts own success below the success of the team
