Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute successful events, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and manage event budgets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations, including logistics, marketing, and sales support.
- Utilise project management skills to coordinate multiple events simultaneously, prioritising tasks and managing timelines to meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure successful event outcomes.
- 4+ years of experience in event management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to event management.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is preferred but not essential.
