Client Growth Consultant

We are seeking a Client Growth Consultant to join our team at Randstad UK. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to drive growth and expansion in the education sector, working closely with local authorities and schools to create customized education packages for Primary, Secondary, and Post 16 aged pupils.
About the Position:
- Design and implement sales strategies to meet regional sales targets
- Connect with potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual families
- Stay informed about industry developments and identify new business prospects through market analysis
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional initiatives
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership
