About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants to provide exceptional care and support to residents
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualized care and support
