We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews.
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
