About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, empowering them to make their own decisions and choices. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks and activities
  • Support clients to make their own decisions and choices
  • Work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Utilize mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
