We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and additional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each person.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and additional needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
  • Valid UK driving license (desirable).
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support.
