Job Details

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to cover long-term sick leave. This office-based role (36 hours per week) offers the chance to engage in various tasks that enhance the efficiency of the finance department.

Estimated Salary:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle invoice processing, supplier communications, and account reconciliations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and intermediate Excel skills to optimize financial transactions and reporting.
  • Maintain strong communication skills and a positive attitude to ensure effective collaboration within the finance team.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable roles.
  2. Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate Excel skills.
  3. Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
