Job DetailsWe are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to cover long-term sick leave. This office-based role (36 hours per week) offers the chance to engage in various tasks that enhance the efficiency of the finance department.
Estimated Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle invoice processing, supplier communications, and account reconciliations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and intermediate Excel skills to optimize financial transactions and reporting.
- Maintain strong communication skills and a positive attitude to ensure effective collaboration within the finance team.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
