Our Business Systems team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Workday HCM system, and we are looking for a skilled HCM Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Genius Sports as we accelerate our growth and build strong foundations across our systems.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in Workday HCM, with a strong understanding of system configuration and business process changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain system configuration, such as Supervisory Orgs and Workteams, Cost Centers.
  • Test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday.
  • Provide input to Workday Team Lead, Workday Team Members, and stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.
