We prioritize staff development and offer a Preceptor Programme for newly qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses. If you share our commitment to recovery and are eager to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 33 days' paid holiday increasing to 37 days with each year of service. You will also receive additional benefits, including the option to purchase more holidays and spread the cost.
