Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Deploy Project Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating fit-out and deployment services for our clients, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, engineering, planning, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects, technical engineers, and general contractors.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality and safety standards, including compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Manage project budgets and finances, including tracking and reporting on project spend.
  • Oversee on-site teams, including contractors and fitters, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the retail fitout industry.
  • Experience with complex projects requiring structural alterations, permitting, and approvals.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural floor plans and MEP technical drawings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management processes and fit-out and construction methods in the retail interior environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management software, including MS Project and OmniPlan.
  • Ability to travel globally, with a valid passport and full UK driving license.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
