Assistant Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role:

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing cost and commercial management support to our project teams. This will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
  • Providing cost management and control services to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Working closely with the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of cost management
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
