Job Title:

DDaT Programme Manager

Staffordshire Police are seeking a skilled DDaT Programme Manager to join their team as they embark on significant expansion and investment into their DDaT function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver both local and nationally critical digital programmes, utilising all-round people skills and experience to successfully deliver.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for the programme, removing blockers, managing risks, commercials, budgets, and resources while liaising with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Deputise for or support the DDaT Manager when required, providing coaching and mentoring to colleagues within Programme and Project Management on delivery approaches.
  • Oversee multiple smaller changes and tasks delivered concurrently, with a focus on developing a benefit-driven, task-focused delivery proposition.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience of programme management best practices.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in technical programme delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile and other methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Ability to think strategically, with proficiency in coaching and mentoring.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
