Job Title:

DDaT Programme Manager

Staffordshire Police is seeking a skilled DDaT Programme Manager to join their team and drive digital transformation in the policing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver local and nationally critical digital programmes, leveraging expertise in programme management best practices.
  • Act as the initial escalation point, removing blockers, managing risks, and coordinating with stakeholders, including 3rd parties.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues on delivery approaches, promoting a benefit-driven, task-focused delivery proposition.
  • Oversee multiple smaller changes and tasks delivered concurrently, ensuring effective project management.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level (Level 6) or equivalent, with strong technical knowledge and experience in technical programme delivery.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, PMP, and PRINCE2, with a strategic thinking approach.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
