Program Manager - Digital Transformation

Staffordshire Police is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the delivery of digital transformation programs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of large-scale digital programs, ensuring timely delivery, and managing dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex digital programs, including sustainment and adaptive changes, managing dependencies and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for the program, removing blockers, managing risks, and coordinating with 3rd parties.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues on delivery approaches, developing a benefit-driven, task-focused delivery proposition.
  • Deputise for or support the DDaT Manager when required.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in program management best practices, overseeing multiple smaller changes and tasks delivered concurrently.
  • Educated to degree level (Level 6) or equivalent, with strong technical knowledge and experience in technical program delivery.
  • Proficiency in coaching and mentoring, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
