Wealth Management Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Wealth Administrator to join our team at St. James's Place. As a Wealth Administrator, you will play a vital support role in our busy Financial Services office, working closely with our Wealth Managers to deliver exceptional client service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the full client review meeting process from end to end, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* Update Confidential Financial Reviews and input/updating, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Process and chase Letter of Authority, ensuring seamless execution of client transactions.
* Complete fund switches and send fund switch letters, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
* Handle incoming calls and delegate action to other team members, providing exceptional customer service.
* Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative), providing clear and concise information.
* Manage workflow through Salesforce and Business Trackers, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of technology.
**Requirements**
* Relevant experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
* Proficient in the use of Salesforce software, with a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* High standard of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Highly IT literate, including advanced MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word skills.
* Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
* Opportunity to complete CII exams, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
