Entry-Level Business Development Representative

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Graduate Sales Executive to join our team in London. This entry-level position offers a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum and comprehensive training to help you kickstart your sales career.
The ideal candidate will have a recent graduate degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and engage with potential customers to understand their needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset is essential, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
