The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engagement Specialist to join our fast-growing sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, directors, and sales managers to educate them on the value of Salesloft's sales engagement platform
  • Conduct product demonstrations and webinars to showcase Salesloft's capabilities and features
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales development, sales engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales cycles
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven hunting and closing experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships and executing detailed product presentations
  • Ability to run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, within the mid-market segment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers
  • Collaborative mentality, with a focus on prioritizing 'we' over 'me'
