Join FCC Environment as a Recycling Operations Specialist

FCC Environment, a leading waste and resource management company, is seeking a skilled Recycling Operations Specialist to operate our Recycling Centre safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to encourage reuse and recycling among users.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible hours, job share options, and opportunities for professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating the Recycling Centre in line with company procedures and policies
• Assisting the Recycling Team Leader in delivering a safe and efficient service
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety law and site instructions
• Maximising reuse and recycling levels by encouraging users to reuse before recycle
• Conducting daily inspections and recording results appropriately
