Sales Business Development Role at Performance Through People

We are a leading training and apprenticeships provider in the West Midlands, with a reputation for excellence in our industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Business Development professional to join our team in Cannock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • To develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
