Accounts & Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and prepare paperwork for production.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and send invoices, pro-forma invoices, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records and files for customer orders and transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and files for customer orders and transactions.
- Help with preparing and sending invoices, pro-forma invoices, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
