Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and prepare paperwork for production.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and send invoices, pro-forma invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for customer orders and transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing data entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and files for customer orders and transactions.
  • Help with preparing and sending invoices, pro-forma invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
